1. By using and taking advantage of any of the services offered by Easy Hair Pty Ltd the following Terms and Conditions are agreed by the customer

2. Easy Hair and its operators retain the right to refuse to perform any services where the working conditions, or the client receiving such services are deemed by the operator to be of an unhygienic, infectious, contagious, unclean, or of an unsafe/hazardous manner. (Travelling fee of $30 will apply)

3. Whilst all our operators endeavour to keep to their time schedule, there may be times of traffic congestion, road works, and other circumstances beyond the control of the operator, which may cause delays.

4. Easy Hair and its operators retain the right to charge a travelling fee to those clients who have forgotten or not been available for booked appointments.

5. Each Easy Hair operator has the right of discretion on charges for services – Price lists, telephone and e-mail quotes are only estimates and will not be binding unless the operator has sighted what is needed to achieve the desired result.

6. Public holiday and Sunday work may carry a surcharge of 20%, a higher rate MAY apply for Easter, Christmas and New Year Holidays, out of normal business hours on any day may also carry a surcharge of $50 per operator.

7. Easy Hair and its operators retain the right to reschedule or cancel any of our services, due to illness or incapacity of any of its operators.

8. A booking deposit fee of $50 applies for each service when booking wedding or week-end services. This deposit is required to secure the booking. Please note booking fees are non-refundable- if you cancell.

9. Easy Hair and its’ operators retain the right to refuse services where in the professional opinion of the operator, the service requested is:

too damaging to the hair or scalp
not in the best interest of the health of the client
technically impossible
not technically recommended
